Get in the kitchen with Laura and immerse yourself in Tuscan cuisine, learning the secrets to making traditional Tuscan dishes such as Pollo alla Cacciatora and Cinghiale alla Chiantigiana.
Your culinary adventure will begin in the center of Castellina in Chianti with grocery shopping at the local “mercato” and a visit to butcher with Laura. From there, head to the Querceto di Castellina winery to start preparing a variety of dishes with her skillful guidance, and enjoy the fruits of your labor afterwards out on the winery terrace with a glass of vino.
These classes are perfect if you're a bit of a novice in the kitchen or a more seasoned chef looking to add a few Tuscan dishes to your repertoire.

Each dish can be paired with one of the Querceto organic wines or simply delight in a bottle of our L’aura Chianti Classico as you indulge in all the beautifully prepared dishes.
