Our menu is purposely short and sweet, featuring small bites to compliment our wines. In addition to cheeses and salumi, we serve a selection of crostone - freshly toasted slices of Tuscan bread with tasty toppings.
Andrea Magi is a keen selector and discriminating researcher of cheese, and a member of the National Organization of Cheese Tasters. We are proud to have him lend his talents to our LIVIA Wine, carefully selecting and providing all of the artisanal cheeses on our wine bar menu.
His "obsessive love" and determination in seeking out, selecting and then aging his products is unmatched and the reason the De' Magi cheeses are for those who don’t want to "limit their tastes" and sensory experiences.
