It’s our fourth summer hosting our Vineyard Dinner Series with Ristorante La Tenda Rossa and we look more and more forward to these evenings of food and wine among the vines every year.
The 4-course menu from the brilliant chefs Maria Probst and Cristian Santandrea at La Tenda Rossa has been designed to take your senses on a a culinary journey.
The evening begins with a few glasses of wine on the winery terrace overlooking the estate vineyards and continues with dinner in our Livia white wine vineyard served with a selection of the Querceto di Castellina organic wines.

PRIMO: Mezze maniche in passato di pomodoro fresco al basilico e baccalà alla Fiorentina (mezze maniche pasta with tomato sauce with fresh basil and cod prepared “Florentine” style)
SECONDO: Petto di anatra grigliato con finocchi e arancia (grilled duck breast with fennel & orange)
DOLCE: Magnum di Chianti Classico
VINI: Furtivo IGT Toscana Rosato - L’aura Chianti Classico DOCG - Sei Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione - Podalirio IGT Toscana Merlot
Aperitivo/pre-dinner vino @ 7:30pm, seated dinner @ 8:30pm

These summertime culinary celebrations are always extremely memorable and unique experiences. We do expect to sell out quite quickly so the sooner the better to grab your seats.
