Take a seat on the terrace and sip our organic wines along with a tasting of cheeses sourced by renowned Italian affineur Andrea Magi of De’Magi and the organic farm, Podere Il Casale in Pieza. Your overall experience with our wines will immediately be enhanced by the flavor, acidity and richness of each individual cheese.

Our menu is purposely short and sweet, featuring small bites to compliment our wines. In addition to beautiful boards of cheeses and charcuterie, we serve a selection of crostone - freshly toasted slices of Tuscan bread with tasty toppings.

Andrea Magi is a keen selector and discriminating researcher of cheese, and a member of the National Organization of Cheese Tasters. We are proud to have him lend his talents to our LIVIA Wine & Cheese Bar.
His "obsessive love" and determination in seeking out, selecting and then aging his products is unmatched and the reason the De' Magi cheeses are for those who don’t want to "limit their tastes" or sensory experiences.
Pecorino (sheep's milk cheese) from Pienza has been the epitome of excellent cheese since the time of the Romans, and for very good reason. And among the first in the area to make pecorino di Pienza was the organic farm Podere Il Casale. They produce delicious, rich cheeses and we’ve carefully selected a few of their pecorino cheeses for our Livia Wine & Cheese Bar.
