Our Summer Vineyard Dinner Series is back and there will be fairy lights, romantic and whimsical floral design, incredible musical artists, elevated Tuscan fare, creative brilliance, a few surprises and just a bit magic at these events this summer. 2022 dates > June 11th, July 16th, August 6th + September 10th.

Fall Wine Releases: L'aura 2019 & Venti 2017
The fall season is fully upon us and it’s truly one of our favorite times of the year here in Tuscany.
The 2021 grape harvest is now behind us and we’re incredibly optimistic about the wines. The olive harvest is up next and we can’t wait to taste our olio nuovo.
We also have exciting new vintages for everyone, including the L’aura 2019 and Venti 2017.

Vineyard Dinner Series 2021
Last summer these nights of alfresco dining among the vines brought so much joy to us and all of guests. This year we’ll thrilled to welcome you back to wine & dine in our Livia vineyard under the glow of fairy lights with sublime dishes prepared by Albergaccio di Castellina on June 19th, July 17th, August 7th and September 4th.

Pizza, Alpaca + Vino - May 29th
We're excited to collaborate with chef Andrea Anichini and his partner Carol from Chianti Moveable Pizza to host a late spring celebration at our eden in the Tuscan countryside Saturday May 29th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Pizza, vino, a little music and alpacas. What more could you ask for?

Depending on where you are in Italy, a Christmas table can look quite different. Every region, province and of course every family has their own holiday traditions and dishes. On Christmas morning, you’ll typically find Laura working away in the kitchen preparing Gnudi, the naked ravioli of Tuscany!! We honestly were not planning to host our Vineyard Dinners again this summer of 2020 but we received so many calls and emails inquiring about them that we simply could not resist. Join us to wine and dine among the vines on July 18th, August 15th and September 5th.
Recipes from Laura
Antipasti Toscani
A few weeks ago Laura prepared a lovely selection of appetizers during one of our Facebook Live Cooking Demos. On the menu were a crostone with salsiccia and stracchino cheese (a toasted piece of Tuscan bread topped with pork sausage and stracchino cheese), a classic bruschetta and a crostino (a more bite-sized version of a "crostone") with fresh fava beans and Pecorino cheese.
