Pizza, Alpaca + Vino - May 29th

Spend the perfect afternoon celebrating the late spring season and all its vibrant colors, beauty and spirit at our oasis in the Tuscan countryside on Saturday May 29th (3:00 - 7:00pm). 

We?re thrilled to collaborate with chef Andrea Anichini and his partner Carol from Chianti Moveable Pizza on this festive, socially-distant event at Querceto.

Andrea will be firing up our pizza oven to prepare a selection of pizzas using a special grani antichi flour and his own lievito madre. He will also cook up some tasty antipasti and desserts. See the full menu below.

We are over-the-moon to have Il Mio Alpaca bring along their band of funny and fantastic alpacas to entertain everyone.

- ANTIPASTI - 

  • Passato di legumi biologici con soffritto di cipolla, lenticchie rosa, ceci picini fiorentini + piselli?(organic bean soup with red lentils, small Florentine chickpeas and peas)
  • Focaccia con rosmarino e evo (focaccia with rosemary and olive oil)
  • I nostri fagottini fatti con la focaccia sono preparati al momento con verdure e/o salsicce (rolled up sandwich with focaccia and vegetables and/or sausage)

- PIZZA - 

  • Nostra margherita con pomodoro biologico, mozzarella di bufala, basilico e evo (margarita pizza with organic tomatoes, mozzarella di Bufala, basil and olive oil)
  • Burrata, pancetta di cinta con olive (burrata, bacon and olives)
  • Verdure e blu di bufala?(veggies and blue cheese)

- DOLCE -

  • "Insalata di Cioccolato" (chocolate tart with a drop of olive oil and homemade marmalade)
