CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF QUERCETO DI CASTELLINA WINES
20 years ago this coming fall, we handpicked and selected the grapes to go into the very first vintage of the L’aura Chianti Classico from Querceto di Castellina.
Two of the first goals winery founder Jacopo Di Battista set for himself was producing wines in the most natural way possible and crafting wines solely from estate grown fruit.
The Querceto approach to winemaking has always been quite simple. Let the natural flavors of our beautiful grapes and terroir lead the way to creating elegant wines with a sense of place.
In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the winery, we created an evolved “look” for our organic estate. We’ve also crafted a new wine to celebrate our 20 years in the wonderful world of wine.
We’re extremely proud of this significant milestone and we couldn’t have done it without the continued support, enthusiasm and love that everyone has given our wines over these past 2 decades.
