Our Commitment to Our Guests

It is with happy hearts that we are opening up our doors and welcoming guests back to Querceto di Castellina Friday, June 5th.
 
The safety and well-being of our guests, staff, partners and our community are of the utmost importance to us at Querceto di Castellina.

COVID-19 remains a significant global concern and we are vigilantly monitoring the local, national and international guidelines, including those from the World Health Organization and the Italian Institute of Health, to make sure we are fully in accordance and that the measures we take are as effective as possible.

Please know that we are focused on providing you with peace of mind when planning to visit us and on keeping you safe during your stay, and without compromising the quality of your experience at our oasis in the Tuscan countryside.
 
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES & PRECAUTIONS
To ensure the safety and tranquility of our guests, staff and the rest of our community, we have adopted the following measures:

• Online check-in or contactless document scanning (only for electronic documents); payments by credit card, contactless and Apple pay to speed up arrival/departure procedures and respect social distancing;
• Hand sanitizer, protective masks and gloves available at the reception;
• Hand sanitizer gel dispenser available in the common areas;
• Thermo scanner for checking body temperature on request;
• Sanitization of the apartments, common areas, swimming pool area, tasting room etc. with particular attention on all parts most subject to contact (handles, chairs, etc.);
• Viricidal products for cleaning in each apartment;
• Tables and chairs for our wine tastings, wine tasting lunches and our Livia Wine & Cheese Bar spaced accordingly to ensure social distancing;
• Specialized training of our collaborators and staff to ensure knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.  

As the situation evolves, we will make any necessary modifications to these protocols based on
updates from the World Health Organization (WHO), the CDC and the Italian Institute of Health.
 
STAY WITH PEACE OF MIND IN THE TUSCAN COUNTRYSIDE
Our estate extends over 130 acres of land in the Tuscan countryside and we are graced with a vast amount of outdoor space for our guests to explore. 

All of our private vacation apartments are separated by a good deal of space providing privacy and the ability to practice proper social distancing. The communal outdoor areas include spacious terraces and gardens and our pool is surrounding by green areas for relaxing in the sunshine.
