The first reviews of 2018 are in and we have to extend our thanks to Wine Enthusiast and Kerin O’Keefe for the 91 points for our L’aura Chianti Classico 2015 and 93 points for Sei Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2013 and the positive and thoughtful tasting notes.

Earthy aromas of sunbaked soil, new leather, overripe plum and a whiff of game come together on this. The chewy, savory palate doles out fleshy black cherry, crushed raspberry, cinnamon and star anise framed in lithe tannins. It's already hit its ideal drinking window so enjoy soon.

Aromas of wild blackberry, cedar, violet and a hint of mocha lead the way on this 100% Sangiovese. The polished, balanced palate doles out ripe black cherry, cinnamon, vanilla and tobacco alongside fine-grained tannins that give the finish grip. Enjoy through 2028.
